1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital items (e-books, downloadable templates, and software assets), all sales are final once access or download links are delivered. We generally do not issue refunds once an order is completed.

2. Exceptions for Refund
We issue refunds or product replacements only under the following specific conditions:-
Corrupted / Non-downloadable File: If the file provided is corrupt or inaccessible, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital asset twice using the same email address.

3. Requesting a Refund
To request support or a refund under exceptional conditions, please contact us at support@grokniva.shop with your Order ID within 7 days of purchase.
